We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. We want you to be happy with your airsoft gun, airsoft supplies or airsoft equipment purchase however if that is not the case please refer to our Returns Policy

METHOD OF PAYMENT

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of order. In the event that you require a rush order, please choose an expedited shipping method when you place your order here on our live checkout system.

SHIPPING

Airsoft Gun Room uses UPS or FedEx for all shipping. If you need something sent overnight, 2-day, or 3-day, those options are available during the checkout process. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight and distance being delivered.

Please report shipping discrepancies to us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment. Title to the merchandise will pass to you the customer on delivery by the carrier. Damage due to shipping should be reported to the carrier and they will give you instructions on what action to take.

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We DO NOT ship to Canada, Mexico or any other international destinations.

SALES TAX

There is NO sales tax assessed on ANY orders that are shipped within the USA. This is because our corporate office is based in the state of Wyoming.
