Returns / Exchanges are gladly accepted for 10 days!

We will waive all restocking fees when you exchange your airsoft gun for one worth the same or greater value.
RETURNS - "OOPS - I Made A Mistake" +++ 10-Day Guarantee Returns +++
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returns that request a refund or store credit. All customers wishing to return an item -- please take note of the following:
- Contact the Returns Department (using the form below) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
- Items MUST be sent UPS or FedEx (USPS packages are not accepted)
- Returns received without an RMA will be REFUSED and sent back to the customer, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Products MUST be in EXACTLY the SAME condition as when they were shipped. If you are unclear as to what this means, please read the following:
- If the gun has been either loaded or fired, the RMA will be VOID
- If the BBs supplied with the gun are missing or the seal on the BB packet is broken, the RMA will be VOID
- If any accessories or additional equipment supplied with the gun are missing, the RMA will be VOID
- If the retail packaging supplied with the gun is damaged (minor shipping damage notwithstanding), the RMA will be VOID
- NO credit, refund, exchange or compensation of ANY KIND will be made if any of the above noted conditions are found after our inspection of the RMA product.
- NO returns on any AEG Guns FOR ANY REASON (ANY manufacturer / ANY brand) due to past customer abuse of our previous, very lenient return policy.
- If your RMA is deemed VOID for any of the above noted reasons and you wish to have the product returned to you we will gladly do so on receipt of cleared funds in the sum of $25.00 to cover shipping and handling costs.
RETURNS - "The Gun Doesn't Work" +++ 30-Day Limited Warranty Returns +++
SoftAir / Cybergun products are sold with a Manufacturer's 30 Day Limited Materials & Workmanship Warranty.

Should the self-help guides fail to resolve your problem then please take careful note that the offered warranty does not cover the following:
- Disassembly by unauthorized personnel
- Unreasonable use or mishandling
- External damage
- Introduction of foreign matter to the inner or outer components.
- Failure to provide proper care, lubricants, or maintenance.
- Lack of compliance with instructions noted in the product owner’s manual.
- Usage of low quality or low grade BB's or the re-use of previously fired BBs.
- Ammo jammed in gun
- Use of paintball BBs.
- Removal or modification in any way of the blaze-orange tip (the returned item will be discarded immediately)
- NO warranty on any AEG Guns FOR ANY REASON (ANY manufacturer / ANY brand) due to past customer abuse of our previous, very lenient return policy.
If you have reason to believe that your gun is defective and you wish to return it -- please take note of the following:
- Contact the Returns Department (using the form below) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
- Items MUST be returned to us via UPS or FedEx (USPS packages are NOT accepted)
- Returns received without an RMA will be REFUSED and sent back to the customer, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Defective items will be repaired or replaced with the same model - NO REFUNDS will be given
- NO returns will be given on ammunitions and accessories.
- All return packages MUST include:
- RMA number CLEARLY marked on the exterior of the returned package
- Original retail packaging with ALL accessories and magazine(s)
- Copy of the original receipt
- Note describing the problem(s) and the circumstances of how it happened
- Contact information (return address, email address and telephone number)
- Check or money order for $9.95
- PLEASE DO NOT request an RMA if your merchandise has been:
- Abused
- Misused
- Is missing the blaze-orange tip or if the blaze-orange tip has been modified in any way
We reserve the right to determine if an item is acceptable for warranty repair or replacement. If your returned merchandise does not qualify we can provide a maintenance service in our facilities. Please be aware that labor and shipping charges will apply. Our minimum charge is $25.00.
